A Weventure tour allows us to explore areas not typically visited by large groups in neighborhoods, including the neighborhoods north of Manhattan’s Upper West Side, helping to reduce overcrowding in over-touristed areas.
Our stories are designed with our communities first in mind, meaning that we will always encourage supporting our local businesses, such as favorite neighborhood restaurants, independent theatre companies, and New York City artists
We strive to represent all voices in our storytelling, particularly those minorities who are often overlooked or underrepresented in the tourism industry, including but not limited to the indigenous and back histories found throughout New York’s five boroughs.
Our tours offer the opportunity to showcase immigrant and refugee groups and their contributions to the city, especially its incredible culinary scene.
Rich was a great guide! Shared lots of great info and history. Food was delicious. Definitely saw better stuff than we would have known about had we done it on our own. Highy recommend!
We chose the private tour option for five adults. Nabil was an excellent guide, very personable and knowledgeable about the city. We were unfortunate enough to hit a downpour in the middle and Nabil was sensitive to when we needed to take a break from the rain.

Highly recommend The value to go with Bob and We Venture is so worth it. We met early and had the most incredible cappuccino and cannoli ever to start our walk. The history of Boston, the Freedom tour and the history of the Revolution is so worth your morning. Highly recommend it and especially ask for Bob! We had a bucket list check spending the morning in Boston on this tour. It was great!
