On our all-electric vehicles each accommodating up to five passengers, you’ll be whisked away along the National Mall, where all of DC’s most beautiful and noteworthy monuments. Sit back and relax as we take a leisurely drive past The White House and US Capitol, as well as other renowned monuments along the Mall, like the Lincoln Memorial, with the scenic Potomac River flowing behind. You’ll want to hop off the cart to grab a group photo “touching” the top of the iconic Washington Monument.
Your guide will wait with your cart as you take some time to appreciate three memorials honoring legendary American figures: the imposing Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, Cherry Tree Walk–adjacent Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, and Pantheon-style Thomas Jefferson Memorial. For those who want to stay off their feet, enjoy a pass-by with gorgeous views day and night of DC’s Tidal Basin.
Your local guide will narrate your ride with fascinating stories behind the monuments and Mall and make American history fun and accessible for everyone in the group. As we breeze along, you’ll get the lay of the land and be able to navigate your way back or arrange for a drop-off at our finest cultural venues, including the Smithsonian Institution, Holocaust Museum, and National Museum of African American History and Culture.
An extension of our cart tour can be customized to include exploring the National Mall on foot, where you’ll have a chance to add on a walking portion to dive even deeper into DC’s monuments and memorials.
