Great experience! You start out with a tour of the North End and stop at various eateries along the way. Today we got: a sfogliatella from a bakery, a cappuccino and cannoli from a cafe, a sandwich from an Italian deli, and a slice of pizza. All were delicious! Our tour guide, Larry, was super knowledgeable and friendly. 5 hours may seem long for a tour but the time flew by! After the food portion of the tour, we took a break and then continued with the freedom trail history portion and stopped for a half pint of beer. I’d highly recommend this tour for people looking to learn more about Boston’s past and present from a local. Larry even gave us personal restaurant recommendations!
